Exchange Policy, No Refunds
Exchange Eligibility
1. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, model, and specifications before placing an order.
2. We offer exchanges only within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Refunds are strictly not available.
3. If no exchange request is raised within 5 calendar days after delivery, the order will be considered accepted and closed.
Quality Issues
4. If your item has a manufacturing or quality defect, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving the product and provide clear photo and/or video proof.
After verification, we will offer one of the following options:
Option 1: Exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability)
Option 2: Exchange for another item of equal value
(Any price difference will be topped up by the customer if applicable)
Shipping costs for verified quality issues will be covered by us.
Non-Quality Related Exchanges
5. For exchanges due to size, fit, or change of preference, shipping costs (including return shipping and re-delivery) as well as any applicable taxes or duties will be borne by the customer.
6. Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to reject exchanges if items show signs of wear or damage.
Important Notes
7. Items without quality issues are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
8. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or broker fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
